NOPTIO provides behavioral health-informed advisement and occupational screening services to talent managers, agency owners, producers, and executives across the adult industry. Secure Portal Access & Payment
If you choose to move forward, you’ll receive access to a private, HIPAA-compliant electronic health portal where you’ll complete intake forms and questionnaires tailored to adult industry professionals. Payment for the service is completed through this portal.

Behavioral Health Assessment
NOPTIO offers both behavioral health screenings and more comprehensive assessments. Your assessment is conducted via secure telehealth and includes a one-on-one clinical interview, along with validated, research-backed behavioral health measures.

Insights Review & Follow-Up
Within two weeks, you’ll receive your personalized Essential Insights Report. During a follow-up session, the examiner will walk you through key takeaways and answer any questions. What you do with that insight is entirely your choice.
To participate in this service, you’ll need:
- A device with video and sound (computer, smartphone, or tablet)
- A clear audio microphone
- A strong internet connection
The Price
NOPTIO charges a flat-rate fee for both behavioral health screenings and comprehensive assessments.
Behavioral Health Screening
$1,500
A focused, streamlined evaluation that includes:
- Intake review (focused on your history and decision-making)
- One-on-one clinical interview
- Brief summary of key findings
- Follow-up review with your
examiner
Payment in full is due at the time of the assessment. NOPTIO does not offer payment plans or sliding scale fees. A receipt will be provided after payment is received. The source of payment has no bearing on the outcome of the assessment or the examiner’s professional opinion.
Comprehensive Behavioral Health Assessment
$2,500
A full-scope evaluation that includes:
- Intake and background record review (if provided)
- One-on-one clinical interview
- Administration of validated behavioral health measures
- Scoring and interpretation of results
- Personalized Essential Insights Report
- Follow-up review session with your examiner
- Eligibility for a future reassessment (e.g., when transitioning out of the industry)
