The Process

Discovery Call
The process begins with a free, no-pressure call to determine whether NOPTIO’s consultation services are an appropriate fit for the Client’s goals.

Agreement & Service Planning
If the Client chooses to proceed, NOPTIO will provide an Independent Consulting Agreement (ICA) for mutual review and signature. Consultation specifics—including selected services, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms—are then outlined in a customized Statement of Work (SOW).

Activation & Initial Payment
Once the ICA is signed and the SOW finalized, the consulting engagement is activated. For On-Demand services, prepayment is required before any scheduling occurs. For Advanced Consultation Plans, payment terms will follow the schedule outlined in the SOW. No services are provided until the initial payment is received.

Consultation & Collaboration
Services are delivered as outlined in the SOW and may include strategic input on behavioral screening frameworks, workforce decision-making, internal policy advisement, or cross-functional collaboration with the Client’s legal or HR teams. All services are non-clinical, behavioral health-informed, and conducted via secure video teleconference, unless otherwise specified in the SOW.

Insight Integration & Ongoing Support
NOPTIO’s role is strictly advisory. The Client retains full control over how insights and recommendations are interpreted and applied. For Advanced Consultation Plans, ongoing collaboration or follow-up sessions may be provided, if specified in the SOW, to support long-term implementation and leadership decision-making.

For clarity, “the Client” refers to the individual or organization engaging NOPTIO for consultation services.

Ideal for Clients needing targeted, short-term support. This plan offers flexible access to behavioral health-informed consultation on a pre-paid hourly basis. Payment is required in full before scheduling.
Comprehensive Behavioral Health Assessment
$8,000 TOTAL
Designed for organizations seeking comprehensive, strategic support. This plan includes a broader range of services, delivered over time, with a customized Statement of Work (SOW) outlining timelines and deliverables. Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment follows a 50/50 structure:
- $4,000 due at the start of the engagement
- $4,000 due before final deliverables are released
All services must be agreed upon in writing through a signed Independent Consulting Agreement (ICA) and SOW. No services will be initiated until the required payment is received. NOPTIO does not offer payment plans or sliding scale fees. Payments are non-refundable, and late payments may incur fees as outlined in the agreement.

Two-Phase Screening to Support Informed, Ethical, and Sustainable Hiring Decisions.
Select-In Screening (Pre-Offer): A non-clinical, evidence-informed consultation that evaluates a candidate’s strengths, emotional resilience, and workplace readiness. This includes a structured discussion of the candidate’s motivations, self-awareness, and readiness to engage thoughtfully with the demands of the role.
Select-Out Screening (Post-Conditional Offer):
A semi-structured psychological evaluation conducted by a licensed psychologist after a conditional offer of engagement (e.g., employment, representation, or formal collaboration). This process uses validated psychological and occupational measures to assess emotional health and interpersonal functioning. Findings are delivered as behavioral health-informed insights, helping the Client weigh potential strengths and risk factors related to workplace safety, interpersonal dynamics, and role readiness— while honoring the candidate’s dignity and individual context. Final hiring decisions rest
solely with the Client.
- Workflow Setup (one-time per company): $2,500
- Select-In Screening (per individual): $1,200
- Select-Out Screening (per individual): $2,000
- Bundled Package: $3,000 per candidate (save $200)
Advanced Plan
$6,000 TOTAL
